Prices are per night for 2 people with a minimum stay of 3 nights. A surcharge applies for stays of fewer than 3 nights. Each additional person is subject to an extra charge. Children’s rates are available on request.
In addition, a local tourist tax of €2.10 per person per day applies from the age of 14.

Cancellation policy
There is no right of withdrawal pursuant to the Consumer Protection Code. However, we offer the following cancellation conditions:
- Up to 3 months before arrival, only the deposit will be retained.
- From 3 months to 4 weeks before arrival, 50% of the total booking price will be charged.
- Within the final 4 weeks before arrival, the cancellation fee amounts to 100% of the booking price.
- Any cancellation fees will be offset against the deposit already paid.
Express reference is made to Articles 45–67 of the Italian Consumer Protection Code, Legislative Decree 206/2005.
Travel insurance

Arrival and departure
Check-in is possible from 3:00 pm.
Check-out should take place by 9:00 am.
Earlier or later times may also be possible on request.
Thanks to contactless check-in, you can enjoy a flexible and uncomplicated arrival without fixed reception hours. We kindly ask you to complete the online check-in and settle the remaining balance before your arrival. On the day of arrival, you will automatically receive the code for the key box by email. Your apartment key will be waiting for you inside.
